GV II
Drinking fountain. 1893, erected 1901. Grey granite with red granite bowls. Square steps to a moulded plinth with bowls to each face, fountain above has grey columns to pediments each side, red granite plaques, and a fluted grey drum with a domed top. One lion-head tap survives on the NW side, and the City Arms in brass facing SW. Commemorated the Industrial and Fine Art Exhibition held on the site, 1893-4.
