Terrace of 3 houses. c1840. Stucco with limestone dressings, party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 2-window range. Designed as a symmetrical terrace with a pedimented central section and parapeted wings, of which the left-hand one was not built. Pilaster strips, ground-floor plat band, and a frieze below the cornice divide the front into rectangular panels, with the shallow pediment across the central 4-window range. Right-hand doorways have surrounds with oval reeded panels, small canopies and 6-panel doors with glazed top panels. Plain windows with 6/6-pane horned sashes, 3/6-panes on the second floor. INTERIOR: entrance hall to a dogleg stair with stick balusters and column newels, and 6-panel doors. No.81 was listed on 04.03.77.
