House. Dated 1670. Roughcast with brick stacks and tiled cross-gabled roof. Rectangular double-depth plan. 3 storeys and attic; 5-window range. A symmetrical front has paired gables to the front linked by a parapet, with gabled ends; central framed door with a rectangular overlight and C20 porch, and a good 10-panel C17 door. C19 timber cross-windows with metal casements. INTERIOR: a central hall with a C19 newel stair with turned newels, and largely C20 decoration. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached rubble wall with squared coping, extended above, running round the front garden and terminating outside the vehicle entrance with a large pier with narrow, pointed recesses.
