Mill and granary, now flats. 1883-84. Red brick with limestone dressings; roof not visible. Open plan. Eight storeys; granary to North a four-window range, the mill a seven-window range. Articulated by pilasters forming shallow full-height recesses with dentil tops below a cornice, with linked semicircular ashlar arches to the ground floor, and wide sill bands below second and fourth floors; C20 glazed openings have segmental arches: the granary has French windows to the second and fourth recesses and inserted windows on the right in the former chimney, and a small central gable above oriel hoist bays either side of a tall central top-floor window; the mill has a tall semicircular-arched window on the ground floor to the right, and C20 windows in blind panels to the top storey.

INTERIOR: cast-iron columns; late C20 offices and flats. The complex was built by Proctor Baker, and the two blocks were linked by high level conveyors.
