Attached house. c1780. Render with limestone dressings, party wall stacks and a C20 slate mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys, attic and basement; 3-window range. A near-symmetrical front has a left-hand rusticated pilaster strip to a cornice and parapet; left-of-centre semicircular-arched doorway has panelled pilaster jambs, entablature and consoles to an open pediment, plate-glass fanlight and 6-panel door. 2-storey canted 3-light timber bays each side have 8/8-pane and flanking 4/4-pane sashes with cornices and 4/8-pane sashes to the second floor, with 6/6-pane first-floor and 3/6-pane second-floor windows over the doorway. three C20 dormer windows. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wrought-iron spear-headed basement area gates and railings with urn finials.
