House, with shop. C17; partly rebuilt circa late C19. Stone rubble; front rendered with decorative applied timber-framing. Clay Bridgwater tile roof with gabled ends to front and rear. Lateral stack on right side with C19 brick shaft. PLAN: 1-bay wide and two rooms deep; with back-block range at back of rear yard. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Ground floor has late C20 shop front. First floor two late C19 cross-mullion-transom windows; gabled attic jettied and with decorative applied timber-framing and late C19 cross-mullion-transom window; moulded bargeboards, finial and pendant. Stone rear wall with rebuilt rendered gable. INTERIOR: Devoid of joinery and most of plaster. Ground floor open from front to back; at front two ovolo-with-fillet moulded cross-beams, that at front a half-beam, morticed joists; at back a chamfered cross-beam with run-out stops and re-set joists. First floor has remains of partition with studs, forming a front and a back room, both rooms with chamfered cross-beams. Late C20 roof structure. At rear of small back yard a roofless stone rubble back-block range.
