Shop and dwelling. Late C18. Brick; slate roof; brick end stack and stack to rear. 3-storeys and cellar; 2-window range: late C19, 8/8 sashes under grooved stucco lintels; late C18, 4/4 sashes over; moulded and modillioned wood eaves. Late C18 shopfront to right: central early C20 half-glazed door and light in reeded case, flanked by windows with glazing bars, between fluted pilasters; C18, 6-panel door to left, with blocked overlight, in fluted case; to far left, plank door to passage to rear; moulded wood cornice and frieze; plank door in moulded case to left. Rear elevation has C18 light with glazing bars and central casement, in moulded case. Rear wing: 2-storeys; plain tile roof; dentilled eaves; C18 sliding light and small casement to 1st floor; C18 light with glazing bars in moulded case. Elevation to right (in passage to rear of No.10) shows front bay of painted brick with exposed plate, and blocked opening under timber lintel; further bay of rubble with brick quoins and timber plate. Further range has box framing to first floor with C17 and C18 brick infill; brick stack.
