House, now shop and dwelling. C20 front to earlier core. Stucco; imitation timber-frame and plaster; Welsh slate roof; brick end stacks. 3-storeys and cellar; 2-window range: 2-tier canted mullion and transom oriels with octagonal leaded lights (2nd floor has 6-light casement element, with smaller panes above eaves level, under gables). Ground floor has 2 canted oriels with coved underhangs, and central margin-glazed 3/3 sashes in splayed reveals, under jetty with moulded bressummer on enriched consoles over stucco pilasters. C Hodges Ludlow Foundry on cellar flaps. Right return to Brand Lane has imitation timber-framing over stucco ground floor, with (to right) 6 fielded panel door and overlight in panelled case under moulded pediment hood on fluted consoles and plain pilasters; late C19, 2/2 sash in broad beaded case, over. Further 2-storey wing has C20 composite tile roof, roughcast 1st floor, stucco ground floor; two C18, 6/6 sashes, one C19, 2/2 sash, and small C20 light, all in plain architraves, under timber hoods on consoles; ground floor has C18, 8/8 sash and 6/6 sash and round-headed 3/6 light with inward opening upper casement, under cambered head. Further range has entrance, to No.21A Broad Street, recessed in opening with cambered head.
