House. Early C17. Rubble; plain tile roof with 3 gables to front; end stacks with stone bases and paired spurred brick chimneys with heavy stepped caps. E-shaped plan. 2-storeys, attic and cellar; 8-window range: C20 casements with glazing bars, in 15/15 sash style. Central porch bay, with semi-circular arch giving access to wide studded plank door in moulded oak case. Niche and window over, with wood mullion 3-light leaded window in gable. Flanked by, to left, 2 windows, to right, 1 window, with 2 further windows in each of 2 large gable wings. Left returned side: three C20 casements, mullioned light in moulded oak frame and two similar to cellar. Right returned side: two C20 windows, and plank door with light, in moulded oak frame. Rear: 3 further stone buttress-stacks, with 1, 2 and 3 brick chimneys; C20 windows; 1 mullion window and one mullion and transom window with leaded lights; blocked opening and plank door under oak lintel. Small wing to right has 2 mullion windows with leaded lights in gable end, and plank door under timber lintel in left returned side.
