House. Mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble with rusticated Ham Hill stone quoins, slate roof and stepped stone coping to right gable end. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Central late C20 door with overlight; C20 horned 6/6-pane sash to the right; gauged flat arches over similar sash to the left and late C20 window to right of first floor. To the ground-floor left are large double doors under a wooden lintel, possibly late C19, the right-hand side is rebuilt. Moulded stone cornice. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
