House. Late C18/early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill stone plinth, stepped stone coping to the left gable end and brick stacks to both gables. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window range. All windows, under wooden lintels, are 3-light casements, except that to the first-floor right, which is 2-light; those to the first-floor are at eaves-level. Wood lintel over a C20 door. INTERIOR: altered, but some slightly chamfered beams remain.
