Town house, now commercial premises. C18. Rendered on masonry
to front; steep grouted rag slate roof with central gabled
roof dormer with pair of late C19 horned sashes and stone end
stack on left with brick shaft. Deep plan including wing at
right-angles to rear. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window front.
2-pane horned sashes. Ground floor has plinth. C19 doorway
with pilasters; another door on the right, wide central window
in widened spaced created by removal of pier between the
original 2 windows and moulded mid-floor frieze to full width
of front. INTERIOR not inspected.
