Shop with accommodation over. c1880s. Painted brick with moulded details; dry slate roof with projecting eaves between ball finials on corbels; cast-iron ogee gutters. Triangular corner site plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Original horned sashes with glazing bars to upper parts; 2nd floor has paired sash on left and single sash on right; hoodmoulds linked to string; moulded band between upper floors; 1st floor has segmental heads to tripartite sash on left, single sash on right and keyblocks rising through hoodmoulds. Fine and complete original double shop front with quadrant lights flanking doorway right of centre; double transoms with coloured glass to top lights; pilasters flanking doorway and wider end pilasters with pedimented consoles and sloping fascia with moulded cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
