Town house with shop. Mid/late C19 remodelling of possible C18 house. Asbestos slatehanging on studwork to front and on masonry to left-hand gable; steep rag slate roof with modillion cornice; shared brick stack on left; cast-iron ogee gutter. Deep plan. 3 storeys; 2-window front. Mid/late C19 4-pane hornless sashes; 2nd-floor sashes within eared architraves; 1st-floor round-headed sashes with moulded keyed architraves between pilasters with consoles to triangular pediments. Ground floor has late C19 or early C20 six-light double shop front with splayed central doorway with side lights and pair of glazed doors with overlight; house doorway on right with 4-panel door and overlight; incised end pilasters and pedimented consoles flanking sloping fascia. INTERIOR of shop has original shelves and fitted drawers.
