C18. 2 storeys in painted brick with later pantile roof, hipped to right. 2 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars above modern casement of 4 lights. 2 modern doors. Blocked window to ground floor. Stone quoins to right. Includes farm buildings in rear wing. 2 storeys in brick with elliptical carriage entry.

No 1 forms a group with No 5, Nos 7 to 10 (consec), Nos 12 to 23 (consec) and No 23A. No 5 is of local interest.
