Garden ornaments. Late C17 or early C18. Limestone on sandstone plinths. Pair of ornamental vases flanking main avenue to Wentworth Woodhouse west front. Renewed square plinths. Narrow-necked oviform vases each with turned foot and foliate-carved base to body entwined with fruiting vines in relief. Scrolled handles with scaly decoration (damaged). Included for group value.
