4/156 Scout Headquarters 29.6.66 to North of Wardle Methodist Church (formerly listed under general as "former school to north of Wardle Methodist Church")
G.V. II
Chapel, then Sunday School, now Scout Headquarters. Early C19. Watershot stone with stone slate roof. 2-storey with central entrance and gabled side entrance porch. 3-bay with stone plinth, quoins and banding. Semi-circular window and door openings with impost blocks and keystones. One such opening to the gable. All windows have marginal glazing bars. 2-bay side elevations and 3-bay rear are treated similarly.
