Stable, outhouse, cart shed and smithy. Mid C18 with some later alterations. Brick (Flemish stretcher bond); tile roofs. L-plan. Stable of single storey with attic; 6 bays; gabled wing to right of centre. Modillioned brick cornice. Entrances have timber lintels, segmental heads of flat arches over plank doors; some inserted windows; gable has round-headed loft door. INTERIOR: roof has chamfered beams, collar truss roof with interrupted tie beams and trenched purlins. 2-bay outhouse to left has entrances with plank doors flanking 2 high shuttered openings; tie beam truss. Exposed wall plate. Lower 5-bay outhouse to left has entrances with heavy door frames, varied doors; cross-walls with roof trusses with tie beams, curved principals crossed at apex, and trenched purlins; rear entrance. Cart shed projects to rear; 5-bay structure, open front with timber posts on stone pads; tie beam and collar trusses with raking struts, on brick piers in rear wall. Right end timber-framed gable. Attached smithy to left end retains original hearth and C19 bellows.
