Farmhouse. Mid C19. Random Lias rubble with ashlar details and brick end stacks, with double Roman tiled double-pile roof, green, glazed tiles to the rear, and pantiles. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. A central porch with crude crenellations; wide plat band, cyma moulded kneelers to coped end gables. Wide segmental-arched doorway with imposts, a dropped key rising through the plat band, and a large door with 6 raised, fielded panels. A Venetian window above with flat architrave and keystone, the other windows with splayed jambs forming crude cushion capitals beneath the lintel, with a dropped keys. C20 dormer in the valley lights the stairwell; rear-facing valley roof has green glazed double Romans. The returns have paired gables with round windows in the front gables to the attic. Left-hand extension with sloping, pantile roof and ground-floor window with a metal casement. A side stair flight up to first-floor entrance in right-hand rear gable. INTERIOR not inspected.
