GV II

Possible base of former churchyard cross. Late medieval. Ashlar. A square base with moulded top to receive octagonal shaft of cross. The remnant now (January 1992) located immediately N of the NW corner of the Abbey porch, adjacent to the monument (qv). This was located further to the N, near the entrance gates, in the previous list.
