SP 81 SE WESTON TURVILLE MAIN STREET north side 5/327 No.25 Pear Tree Cottage II House. C17 altered and extended C18. Colourwashed brick, with thin timber framing to upper part of front wall. Thatched roof, central and RH gable chimneys. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the RH bay C18 brick addition. Door in 2nd bay from LH under an open porch with thatched roof. Three 3-light leaded casements with segmental arched heads. Two 3-light and one 2-light upper leaded casements. RCHM I p.316. MON.18.
