Details

SK 24 SW PARISH OF RODSLEY RODSLEY LANE 3/78 (West Side) Barn to west of Corner Farmhouse GV II Barn. Mid C18 with later additions and alterations. Red brick with brick dressings and plain tile roof with stone coped gables, also dogtooth eaves band. Mostly single storey, but with two storey extension to north. Tall segment headed arch with stone impost blocks and large double plank doors to south of centre. To south, an inserted square door, and beyond a segment headed doorcase with plank door. To north of archway an inserted pair of C20 doors and beyond,the later extension with small segment headed window and doorcase with similar head beyond.Above this doorcase a square hayloft opening. The whole of the C18 part of the barn is covered in diamond patterned breathers. Included for group value only.
