9/104 Rectory Farmhouse (formerly listed as Rectory 2.5.53 Farmhouse and Dovecote)

Farmhouse. Late C17 or early C18 with late C18 additions and mid-C19 alterations. Red brick on moulded stone plinth and raised stone band at first floor level and quoins to left; tiled roof of steep pitch on moulded stone eaves band and verge parapet to left with ball finial on kneeler; massive end stack to right. Two storeys and attic; five window front; one dormer remains (possibly one of 5 windows) to right with hipped roof and casement; cross casements with gauged brick heads, two on ground floor replaced; to right of centre by 16-pane glazing bar sash and to left by entrance; right hand bay with steep, stone, moulded pediment over part glazed door; lower two-storey addition to right of 2/3 length of main facade also with steeply pitched roof on dentilled eaves course and of two widely spaced windows.
