TQ 34NE LINGFIELD C.P. CROWHURST LANE
5/175 Ardenrun Cottage II
Cottage. Late C16 extended to left and rear in C20. Timber framed core with whitewashed brick cladding below, diamond pattern tile hanging above. Plain tiled roof with end ridge stack to right. Two storeys, brick dentil band over ground floor incorporating blue headers. Four casement windows across first floor with C20 bow window on bracket support to ground floor left. Planked door to right under flat porch hood on carved brackets and braces. Wing at right angles to rear right.
Interior:- Some framing visible. Undergoing restoration at time of re-survey.
