GV II
Three houses in a terrace. Early/mid C19. Stucco and render; asbestos slate roof, hipped on the right, projecting eaves; moulded brackets to No.21 (right). Double-depth plan. 2 storeys over basement. Each house has a 2-window-range front. Elliptically-headed doorways to Nos 19 & 20, with stucco rustication and fanlights; No.20 has old 4-panel door; No.21 has entrance set back on right. Late C19 or early C20 four-pane sashes, except where replaced in No.21, set in stucco architraves. INTERIORS: No.20 has original moulded and carved plaster ceiling cornices to left-hand room, otherwise not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: forecourt walls rise to pavement level and are surmounted by granite copings and iron railings.
