Small detached house. C17. Timber-frame, plaster or brick panels, tile roof, brick stack. A small 1-storey-and-attic cottage across the end of the court with gable to right, and a later gabled wing to the rear. Large brick stack to the left gable. Towards Church Street is a plank door under a swept-down roof, and one casement. The gabled return is in square panel framing, on a rubble-stone plinth, with a 2-light casement to the gable, and a small horizontal light at ground floor. The rear wing has a plank door in the re-entrant angle, and this wing is in 1980s replica framing. INTERIOR was not accessible, but has a large wood bressumer fireplace to the left.
