Row of 5 town houses. c1780 refronting of C17 timber-framed structure. Timber-frame with brick front with ashlar dressings; tile roof with brick cross-axial stacks. 2 storeys; 6-window range. Top modillioned cornice. Segmental-headed entrances, those to Nos 32 and 33 with C20 split doors, No.34 with a plank door and No.35 with a 6-fielded-panel door; No.36 has entrance with doorcase with reeded pilasters, frieze and entablature, 4-fielded-panel and glazed-panel door; elliptical-arched carriage entrance to left end has triple key. Windows to left of entrances; No.35 has segmental-headed window with triple key over 3-light transomed casement; others replaced by C20 canted bay windows, some triple keys partly exposed. 1st floor has 3-light casements to Nos 32, 34 and 35; Nos 33 and 36 have windows with sills and 16-pane sashes, 2 windows to No.36 including one over carriage entrance. Rear has C20 wing to left end and C19 wing to right end with timber-framing over lean-to outshut between; varied fenestration including small windows over lean-to and old casements; carriage entrance has timber-framing above with 2-light casement.
