GV II

Town house. Early C19. Roughcast render with mid-floor band on rubble; low-pitched asbestos slate roof. Small double-depth plan. 2 storeys; irregular 1-window range. Original centre-hung 16-pane 2-light casement to ground floor left; C20 casement to 1st floor centre; C19 4-panel door with later glazed top panels; round-arched niche at far left, probably for boot scraper. Left-hand visible return has C20 windows to each floor. INTERIOR not inspected.
