House at end of row. Mid C18. Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, brick stack. 2 storeys and basement; 4-windowed. 12-pane sashes to brick voussoirs and modelled keystone with cornice, deep stone cills, basement grille centre, in high plinth. To right a 6-panel fielded door to fanlight with interlaced bars in moulded arched architrave with keys under an open pediment on consoles, on 3 stone steps. Above first-floor windows are 4 blank recesses to brick dentil heads and coped parapet, all forming a blind storey rising above the roof. Right return, at entrance courtyard to Avonbrook House (qv), is a rebuilt blank wall with buttresses. At back is deep wing to left, with 2-light casements to segmental heads. INTERIOR not inspected. Part of Tewkesbury High School.
