House, now 2 dwellings. Late C17. Coursed squared limestone
patched with cement; stone slate roof; rebuilt brick stack in
flank of left gable; stone lateral stack to rear and rebuilt
brick stack at end of rear wing (No.30). 3 gables to front. 2
storeys and attic; 5-window range. First floor has five
2-light timber casements with concrete cills; similar 2- and
3-light casements in gables above. One 2-light timber casement
to ground floor left (No.30); 6/6-pane sashes to centre and
right (No.22). Plank door with large panel of C20 glazing to
left (No.30) and C20 hardwood door with overlight to right
(No.22). Shallow stone plinth. No.30 has large rear wing,
limestone rubble with stone slate roof with one gabled dormer
on each side. No.22 has smaller 2-storey and C20 single-storey
extensions. INTERIORS not inspected.
