Small town house. c1824 (lease). Dressed coursed local stone front; slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range to front. Round-arched doorway with 6-panel door and plain fanlight, on the left. Cambered arches with projecting key blocks, original hornless sash with glazing bars to ground floor, horned copies to first floor. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
