Town house, now office, one of a near pair. c1820. Granite ashlar front; dry Delabole slate roof. Double-depth plan with 1 room at the front. 3 storeys over basement; 2-window front. Round-arched doorway, on the left, with 6-panel door and spoked fanlight. First-floor sill string, mid-floor string and shallow segmental arches with keyblocks over C20 horned sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR: panelled shutters, moulded round-headed doorcase to vestibule and moulded ceiling cornice to front room, otherwise not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: wrought-iron railings with scrolled finials flank doorway and return over basement forecourt wall.
