GV II
Semi-detached houses. c.1845. Developed by C.H.Hill. Yellow brick and stucco, roof of slate. Two storeys, each house two bays wide and divided from its neighbour by a vertical recessed panel one brick deep. Flat-arched entrance in stuccoed porch with antae, entablature and blocking course, overlight and panelled door of original design; blank round-arched window over porch; flat-arched windows to the principal front with heads of gauged brick and sashes of original design. Boxed eaves; hipped roof, with dormer to side of no 62; stacks to party wall. (Historians' file, English Heritage London Division).
