House. Late C18/early C19 with earlier features. Brick; shallow pitched Welsh slate roof; brick ridge stack, stepped buttress stack to right, and stack to rear. Central staircase plan. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 5-window range: 6/6 sashes (pair to left slightly larger) under segmental arches; 3/6 sashes under cambered flat arches; brick modillion eaves. Central entrance: moulded 6-panel door and fanlight under semicircular gauged brick arch; flanked by 6/6 sashes under segmental arches. Left returned side has C19 half-glazed door and casement overlight with central glazing bar. INTERIOR: dogleg staircase with stick balusters, swan neck rail and turned newels. 2nd floor: 2-panel door; two 4-panel doors; plank doors; C19 fire surrounds; architraves to windows. 1st floor: three 4-panel doors with architraves; cornice; architraves to windows; late C19 tiled fireplace with slate surround. Ground floor: architraves to windows; two 6-panel doors; exposed chamfered ceiling frame with arched brace, and passing-brace; C19 fire surround; 4-panel door; exposed box framing. Cellar: brick-lined; some cobbled floors; some masonry; chamfered ceiling beam; plank door.
