House, now offices. Late C18/early C19. Limestone ashlar to
front, coursed limestone rubble to sides and rear wing; Welsh
slate hipped parapeted roof to front, concrete tiles to rear
wing; front range has brick stack to left side, four brick
stacks to ridge, left side and gable end of rear wing. Front
range set back from street has long rear wing with two further
additions. 3-storey 3-window range. First floor has three
6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals with projecting cills; second
floor has three similar 3/3-pane sashes. Ground floor has two
6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals with projecting stone cills
with mid/late C19 cast-iron window boxes. 6-panel door to
centre with top 2 panels glazed in round-headed opening with
moulded stone architrave and decorative fanlight retaining
some C19 coloured glass, in pedimented Doric doorcase. Shallow
plinth; band courses over ground and first floors; coped
parapet. Rear wing has C19 2/2-pane sashes; workshop to far
end. INTERIOR not inspected.
