House, now house and dental surgery. Early/mid-C18. Coursed squared limestone rubble; roof covering not visible behind parapet; stone and brick left-end stack. 3-storey 4-window range. First floor has 4 windows with C20 hardwood glazing in flat cement-rendered surrounds. 4 similar windows to second floor, 3 with segmental heads. 3 similar windows to ground floor. 6-panel oak door under decorative overlight with pilasters to left and right in deep reveal within flat cement-rendered surround. 6-panel door with decorative overlight in similar surround to far left. Cemented plinth and parapet with flat, probably cement, coping. INTERIOR not inspected.
