Shop and offices. Early C19. Timber-framed and rendered with gabled plain tile roof. Front has plain parapet and moulded plaster cornice. On first floor are 2 double-hung sash windows with moulded surrounds each with one central vertical glazing bar. Ground floor has C19 shopfront with fascia, consoles and enclosing panelled pilasters, a pair of which enclose a separate door with rectangular fanlight leading to first floor.
