GV II

Town house, now agency. Early C19, possibly refronting of a C18 house. Stuccoed front; dry Delabole slate roof with hipped roof dormer; shared end stacks: brick on the left, rendered on the right. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes within moulded stucco eared architraves and a heavy cornice to parapet. Ground floor has Doric doorway on left with engaged fluted columns and moulded entablature with triglyphs and wide window opening with moulded eared architrave and C20 transomed window. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
