Town house, now shop. Early C19. Render replacing stucco on studwork to front, hipped asbestos slate roof hidden behind parapet. Double-depth plan plus service wing at rear. 3 storeys; 2-window range. 12-pane horned sash copies within moulded architraves; stuccoed plinth; round-arched doorway on right has slender engaged fluted columns to pilasters, consoles and open pediment, panelled reveals and C20 door. On left is simple C20 four-light shop window with flat pilasters and fascia with moulded cornice. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
