Shop. Mid C18 with C16/17 rear wing. Stucco with stone coping to parapet and cornice; painted stone pilasters, cills and moulded architraves with keystones those to the first floor; limestone and sandstone rubble to rear. Slate roof. Double-depth plan, including earlier range parallel to street at rear. 3 storeys with attic; 2-window range. Windows are C20 horned plate-glass sashes, those to first floor have segmental arches to the frames, the cills have been removed to accommodate a C20 fascia. Keystones to second floor die into the cornice. Rear range has a late C17/early C18 stone mullioned 3-light window in a large gabled half dormer; to left of the rear is a 6/6-pane sash window at eaves level and a C20 ground-floor extension. INTERIOR not inspected.
