GV II
Warehouse. Mid-late C19. Limestone ashlar and render, roof not visible. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Gabled front has ashlar ground-floor to a plat band, a right-hand segmental carriage arch with heavy timber doors, 2 windows to the left above a segmental-arched basement arch. 2 first-floor semicircular-arched recesses with imposts, containing a blocked right-hand window and a left-hand hoist door with a steel lintel. To the left is a small hoist with pulley. INTERIOR: open ground floor with Pennant flags and timber post to cross beams. Part of a group of small warehouses with the backs of Nos 14 & 15 King Street (qv). Included for historical and group value.
