Town house with later shop. Early C19. Incised render replacing stucco front; rag slate roof with projecting front eaves; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan plus rear wing at right-angles. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor has mid C20 chromed steel double shop front with transomed plate glass lights including splayed sidelights and parallel sidelights flanking older glazed door with overlight; late C20 fascia. INTERIOR of shop altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
