TG 2308 NE THE CLOSE 17/193 26.2.54 Water-Gate - II* Water-gate with single-storey north addition. C15 with C19 and C20 alterations and renovations. Flint with stone dressings and stone arch. Brick addition. 2 storeys. Wide central 4-centre arch with pedestrian arch to right. Turret to left of arch. C20 central dormer-casement window. Scheduled as an ancient monument.
