2 attached town houses. c1870s. Polychrome masonry with granite ashlar plinth, rubble, dressed freestone and patterned tiles; No.21 on left is colour-washed over; grouted rag slate roof with wide eaves at the front over console brackets; moulded iron gutters. Double-depth plan plus deep wing at rear left. 2 storeys; 5-window range. No.21 has symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway; No.19 has 2-window front with doorway on its left. First-floor openings have segmental heads with round-headed keystones rising under linked moulded hoodmoulds and 4-pane hornless sashes on moulded sill string with brackets to tiled frieze. Ground floor has segmental heads to openings and linked hoodmoulds apexed over doorways with nook shafts to jambs, traceried stone heads as overlights and 6-panel doors; paired 2-pane hornless sashes with shouldered-headed lights and carved tympanae. INTERIOR not inspected.
