Flemish-bond brick, painted to the right, painted stone stepped voussoirs and cills to upper floors; wide bracketed eaves to the continuous pantile roof; brick stacks to gable ends and party wall. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Nos 31 & 33 to left have 2 windows; 3/6-pane sashes to second floor and 6/6 panes to first floor. Nos 33A & 35 are under 3 windows, horned plate-glass sashes with margin panes to both floors. INTERIOR not inspected.
