Above the ground floor is a plain plat-band, and above the stone modillion cornice is a blocking course and coped parapet. The parapet returns to the right, which is a plain gable wall with an external brick stack. A stepped-down link unit is attached to the back wing in 3 storeys, 2-windowed, with wide flush lights to segmental heads. The back wall rises to a coped parapet with a hipped roof at this end.
