Lofty front block with parapet linked to rear gabled wing, probably of earlier date. 3 storeys, 3-windowed. 12-pane sashes to brick voussoirs with keystones decorated with urns at second floor and floral pattern to first floor, stone cills. Ground floor has a late C20 shop front, which has been cut across the former windows, of which the keystones and voussoirs are partly visible. To the left is a replica 6-panel door in a pilaster doorcase with fluted frieze and closed pediment. Above the ground floor is a plain plat-band, and above the stone modillion cornice is a blocking course and coped parapet. The parapet returns to the right, which is a plain gable wall with an external brick stack. A stepped-down link unit is attached to the back wing in 3 storeys, 2-windowed, with wide flush lights to segmental heads. The back wall rises to a coped parapet with a hipped roof at this end. INTERIOR not inspected.
