17/03/77 GV II Terrace of eight houses. Brick with Welsh slate roof. Dated 1845. Two storeys, nine-window range, with advanced central bay with pediment.

Each house a single-room, double-pile plan, the terrace near-symmetrical in plan with paired doorways towards the centre. Doors largely renewed in original openings which have moulded architraves with console brackets to pronounced entablature. Windows also mainly renewed in original openings, the twelve-pane sashes surviving in the central section only. One inserted enlarged window towards left. Beneath the pedimented central section, doorway and wide tripartite sash window. In the pedimental entablature of the central section, the date and name, 'Prestbury Road Terrace'. Continuous sill band to first floor windows. Plinth. Moulded wood eaves. End wall and axial stacks. Listing NGR: SJ9113873831
