House. c1850. Stucco with slate roof and brick stacks to gable ends. T-shaped plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Chamfered rusticated pilasters and moulded architraves; late C19 horned 2/2-pane sash windows to the main block, 6/6-panes to the 2-storey rear wing. The C20 door with overlight has a raised surround. The left return, in The Parks, is 2-window range, the ground-floor windows are in canted bays with swept slate roofs. INTERIOR not inspected.
