House, now offices. Early C19. Sandstone plinth; stucco to brick; slate roof; 2 axial stacks to rear. Lobby entry plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range: 2/2 sashes to 1st and 2nd floors; moulded wooden eaves. Central 4-panel door with overlight, in moulded case with stucco moulded architrave; flanked by 2/2 sashes. INTERIOR: C19 winder staircase with stick balusters, to 2nd floor. Attic: C19 fireplaces; 4-panel doors. 1st floor: wall cupboards; ceiling cornices. Ground floor: corner fireplace; 4-panel doors; wall cupboard; ceiling cornices.
