Two houses, formerly one, at rear of No.121, High Street (qv). C17. The property extends back as a wing to the High Street property, and is partly incorporated in it. Square panel timber-frame with brick nogging, tile roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic, 2+1-windowed. At right-hand end is an early 2-light gabled dormer with scalloped barge-board. At first floor are 2 lofty 2-light casements with transom, and, to the right, a C20 door on an external steel staircase, and an C18 multi-pane 2-light casement under a flat hood. The ground floor, left, has a 4-light casement and a C20 lean-to, then a further 4-light and a plank door to a moulded entablature. The gable, left, has an attic window, and a large external brick stack. Central ridge stack. Scalloped eaves board. INTERIOR not inspected. Although built probably as one property, this has been sub-divided, and the right half is incorporated in the High Street property.
